Supples Gallery is pleased to present In the Midst of Gray, a solo exhibition by Chainarong Insakol, on view from 20 March – 3 May 2026.

Gray is a color that can never fully belong to anything beautiful. It occupies the space between white and black, darkness and light, between overwhelming emotions and inescapable reasons.

In every journey, we encounter countless people and stories. We remember, connect, love, become captivated, and grieve.

The works in In the Midst of Gray present Chainarong's perspective through the character 'Chawky', expressing the emptiness of the heart when, along the path of growing up, we may be too innocent to honestly respond to our own emotions. Amid that confusion, we may not be so different from the existence of gray itself.

This journey is akin to an embrace of new people and new memories. At the same time, it asks us to question and reflect on the stories of our past, even as some moments fade. But when we look back: what colors always remain the most vivid, through the passage of time, within your emotions?
